At Highland Hospital excellent customer service is something we feel very strongly about. We empower and motivate our employees to meet and/or exceed the needs of our patients and co-workers. Each month, our program, Highland Pride, recognizes a employee who shows PRIDE in their daily work, is a good team member, a strong leader, and is committed to continuous quality improvement. Each year we also recognize one of these 12 people as employee of the year.

Employees may also be honored as a ” Pride Star.” These employees are recognized for their contributions each month in an email newsletter.
Who is eligible?
All employees affiliated with Highland at all of its locations are eligible. The only employees not eligible are: the president, vice presidents and assistant vice presidents.
