The new office building was planned with patient care, comfort and convenience in mind. The facility provides three times the space, including:

- 4 audiology booths
The new office is easily accessible and offers free parking and comfortable, spacious waiting room and patient care areas. Located near the junction of I-390 and I-590, the office is easily accessible by car or bus, and there is plenty of free parking near the front door.
