Dr. Boss is an expert in laparoscopic surgery for large and small bowel disorders, including diverticulitis, IBD, and selected neoplasia. He has a significant interest in minimally invasive surgery for reflux, paraesophageal hernia, achalasia, and solid organ surgery. Dr. Boss received his medical degree from The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed his residency training in surgery at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital.
In addition, Dr. Boss performs bariatric surgery through the Bariatric Surgery Center at Highland Hospital, one of the top programs in New York State for minimally-invasive weight loss surgery.
He is certified by the American Board of Surgery.
