All the Right Options–for Now and Later
It used to be that seniors in need of special care services or patients in need of transitional care only had one choice: to move to a nursing care facility. Today, our patients have many more options. Strong Health offers choices that allow the freedom and independence many still need.
- Residents find the benefits of our senior communities richly rewarding, no matter what level of care they need.
- Residents are seen and treated by their own Strong Health physician, who works closely with the senior care staff at each facility.
- As your needs change, you can move from one level of care to another within the same community, for fewer transitions, less confusion, and more patient comfort.
