Brent DuBeshter, M.D. is director of Gynecologic Oncology and Associate Professor of Oncology in Obstetrics and Gynecology for the University of Rochester Medical Center and Strong Health. Dr. DuBeshter earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
Dr. DuBeshter has contributed to numerous journals, abstracts and books including a chapter titled “Gynecologic Cancers” in the textbook Clinical Oncology: A Multidisciplinary Approach. He is also the co-developer of IntelliDose software, a computer program used in over 100 sites nationwide that safeguards patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
Dr. DuBeshter is certified by the American boards of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology. He is a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and International Gynecologic Cancer Society.
