Eating healthy meals will help your body to heal. Enjoy a variety of foods from each of the basic food groups, making sure to include lots of vegetables, fruits and proteins. A diet high in protein and vitamin C will halp your body to heal faster. Drink eight to ten large glasses of water or juice daily.
